Step 1: Reach Out
Getting started is easy! Contact Swoop Design through our website or by phone to let us know you’re interested in a new website.
Step 2: Discovery Call
We’ll schedule a 15-minute call to discuss your business, answer any questions, and help you choose the website plan that best fits your needs.
Step 4: Plan Selection and Intake Form
Once you have decided on the plan you want, You’ll receive a website intake form where you’ll provide the information and details needed to build your website, including your business details, website content, pages, features, branding, etc.
Step 3: Completing Payment
Once you’ve filled out the intake form, you’ll receive an invoice to complete the first half of payment. After payment has been received, your project will sit in a 12 hour holding period where no work starts.
Step 5: Website Development
After the 12 hour holding period we will use the information you provided in the intake form to design and build your website. During this stage, your website is carefully customized to match your business and preferences.
Step 6: Website Preview
After the Website has been created, we will send you a slide deck with screenshots of your website to preview, proofread, and approve. During this time we ask that you take note of any edits that are needed and send a completed, detailed list to us as soon as possible. We will process these edits within 5 business days of receipt and will send you a finalized preview slide deck of your website. If everything looks good, we ask that you reply to the email stating your approval. *If revisions are needed at this stage, additional charges may apply*
Step 7: Launch Day
Before your website goes live, you will be sent an invoice for the second half of the payment. Once payment has been received your new website will be live and ready for the public or existing customers, one month from the launch date your billing cycle for the website upkeep will become active.
